Lynley is extremely excited to join the talented cast and crew of EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL, and bring on the blood, guts and gore. She was recently seen in Forte Musical Theatre’s workshop performance of Joe Slabe’s MARIA RASPUTIN PRESENTS. Selected theatre credits include: THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD (Vertigo Mystery Theatre), WHILE MY MOTHER LAY DREAMING (Ghost River Theatre), A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Citadel Theatre), COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (Lunchbox Theatre), BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL (Mob Hit), GREASE (Stage West). Lynley is blessed to work on screen as well as on stage. Recent Film/Television appearances include: EVEREST (CBC), MAYERTHORPE (CTV), SNOW 2 (ABC), HEARTLAND (CBC), WILD ROSES (CBC), SCREAMERS: THE HUNTING (Feature). Lynley has the best parents in the world and wants them to know how much she appreciates their love and support.

A native Calgarian now living in Toronto, Rebecca is thrilled to be home to work with Ground Zero and Hit and Myth Productions! As an actor, Rebecca has worked across Canada: THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES (Ground Zero Theatre), A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (CanStage), COSI, 15 SECONDS, playRITES FESTIVAL (Alberta Theatre Projects), ALL MY SONS (Theatre Calgary/Manitoba Theatre Centre), AN INCONVENIENT MUSICAL (Rumoli Bros. Productions). Rebecca has also been a Guest Host on THIS HOUR HAS 22 MINUTES (CBC), had a lead role in ALICE I THINK (CTV), and has appeared in several films. She has also been nominated for several awards, including: a GEMINI AWARD, five-time CANADIAN COMEDY AWARD (best female improviser), and a DORA AWARD (best actress). Rebecca is proud to have co-written and directed Bruce Horak's one-man show, THIS IS CANCER, which continues to tour across Canada. Rebecca's one woman show, BLIND DATE (Harbourfront Centre-Worldstage Festival) played to a sold out run in Toronto and will be remounted in Sept/Oct 2009.

Bruce Horak is an actor, writer, director and composer who has worked across Canada and abroad. He is delighted to be doing EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL, his first production with Ground Zero Theatre and Hit and Myth Productions. Guillermo, or Guilly as everyone knows him, is thrilled to be back on the stage after taking a two year break to go and fly the friendly skies. He was last seen in JEREMY FISHER (Outstanding Production for Children Sterling Award winner, Concrete Theatre), PETER PAN (Alberta Theatre Projects), URINETOWN THE MUSICAL (Ground Zero Theatre/Hit and Myth Productions), and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Stage West Theatre). Many thanks to the folks at Ground Zero Theatre and Hit and Myth for having him back to play again, and big love and thanks to his family and friends for all their support.

Daniel Mallett

This is Daniel's third musical with Ground Zero Theatre and Hit & Myth Productions. Three for three...Rock on! You would also have seen some of him in their production of URINETOWN: THE MUSICAL, but seen ALL of him in THE FULL MONTY. He is ecstatic to be back working with them on this new production and plans to have a bloody good time. Jamie Tognazzini

A transdisciplinary artist, Jamie loves musicals, creating original performance, handmade animation, and trains in aerial circus arts. Currently, Jamie is Apprentice at Green Fools Theatre, and a producing member of Quickdraw Animation Society. Her first animated short, 'FISH & BIRD IN SPACE' has shown in multiple Canadian film festivals and in Hiroshima, Japan. Jamie recently attended a circus intensive in Hawaii, INTERRARIUM (Banff Centre residency), and SUMMER LAB INTENSIVE 2008 (One Yellow Rabbit). Her recent solo act 'OUR LADY OF THE PITZ' debuted as a part of Springboard Dance's Fluid Festival, shown also at the HIGH PERFORMANCE RODEO, and FEATS FESTIVAL (Edmonton).
